Where do you source your meat from?
We source 100% of our products from trusted local farmers and sustainable suppliers who prioritize animal welfare and high-quality grazing standards.
Can I freeze the meat once it arrives?
Yes, because our meat is delivered fresh and vacuum-sealed, it is perfectly safe to place directly into the freezer for future use.
What are your delivery days?
We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed before 12 PM are eligible for next-day delivery, depending on your specific zip code.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
While we use express couriers, if a delay occurs, our insulated packaging is designed to keep products at a safe temperature for up to 48 hours. Please contact our support team immediately if you have concerns.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Absolutely. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your cut, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
